Men can’t? Do you identify as a woman or why would you put it that way? Lol anyway, I’m sure that is achievable as fully natural. I know people who are 40 and look great with limited training. Going at it for decades sculpts your body to look like a greek god, for sure. Unless shit genetics and lifestyle, that is.
