I need help buying a gi. Help please.

That is opinion. I personally think, Koral is the best.
 
We will be adding Kikskin and Sirius to our line of gis in the next few weeks. We just added Ground Force.

You think Koral's are the best based on what? Come on man, don't give people dishonest opinions on gi's.
 
I personally think Koral is up there with the top gis. The collar is to skinny for my taste but the rest of the top is good. I don't like the pants though.

koral gi's are the only thing my school carries. based on what my instructors say, they're the lightest and most durable gi's they've used. one of the guys in my school had his koral gi pants rip recently during his purple belt test after 3-4 years of heavy duty wear and tear. koral's are a bit pricey, but they'll last a long time and they come pre shrunk.
 
#1Lutador Americano's, or #2gameness is what i suggest.


For the price you do not get a better all around kimono.
They are the two best kimonos out for the price.. the only downside is the gold writing on the tail of the lutador kimono, and the downside to the Gameness is to many gay patches.

They are both made out of a great material that feels thicker/stronger than a gold weave but doesnt really wear any heavier. Great collars and a good tailored fit.

If you want the "nicest"
Go with a Dragao and get one size smaller than you think. The dragao is nice but its down size is how heavy it is, and the collar isnt to good. But it is a nice looking kimono and very good quality.

I'm thinking of either getting another gameness, atama or mkimonos new edition. I thought of the mizuno but I've not seen enough reviews on the gi. I'd get the Mkimonos but that shit is taking wayyy too long to come out, and my dad wants me to have it by xmas. What do you think of a regular goldweave atama?

the new atama mundial is nice, and it looks very good on me
 
I have the atma.. I would order just a top and skip the pants. Atama pants seem to break here and there.
I had two pair and one the hip ripped on one side and the other pair ripped on the other side.

Ask mkimonos how long till they have the new one done.. Or ask her if she can get rid of that gay gold writing on the tail. It would cost less to make the kimono and then would be able to be manufactured faster. Look better. It doesnt make any sense to keep that writing on the tail.. Its bold gold and gay.
 
Anyone ever try a Ouano? They're cheap and I like the simple look. They look quality in the pix, but that, obviously, can be deceiving. In addition, they're the only ones that advertise a size that I fit right in the middle of.

I did ask and she said she's not sure. She said it'll probably be out in January. And I also asked her to get rid of it. She says that many people love it and that she can't please everyone. If it wasn't for the bright gold writing I would've purchased it a long time ago. I can wait for the Mkimono but I'm afraid it might have some gay gold writing again. So yeah she won't be taking it out till never. I'll just wait till she comes out with the Mkimono brand out instead of LA. Ehh.. I might as well wait it out, but I'd be pissed if it comes out with some gay writing lol.
