I Know What You Did Friday the 13th Last Summer

What are you doing this weekend?
Today is the 13th and the beginning of Summer
Do something today so I can remember it and murder you next year.
 
Im gonna bang TS mom so he has more incentive to kill me harder next year

Ooooo you're gonna get me good
 
I'm going to the county fair tomorrow, it is legitimately my favorite day of the year and I am so excited

I get there when it opens at noon and stay til they kick us out at midnight

When I first get there, I watch the Nathan's hot dog eating contest that starts at 1 pm, the winner here gets to go to the big championship final on Coney island on the 4th Of July, and then its a Family Fun Day of action and activities

I go visit the farm animals and see my goat that loves to try to eat my shirt every year, check out the comedy show, listen to some great bands, watch the magic show, ride the Sky Ride, play some games and win some prizes, watch the motocross stunt show, hot air balloon rides, do some shopping, watch the dog stunt show, check out the train museum and all the old timey working engines in the old man section, take an old timey gangster picture and just stroll around all day and night enjoying the sights, sounds and fun vibes of a lovely Summer day while sipping on a cocktail or two

It's my favorite day of the year!

If you like goats, Goats of Anarchy on Facebook are a wonderful sanctuary. They rehab with little wheelchairs for disabled goats. If lottery comes my way I'l doing the same here.

115 degrees? Nothing a tallboy of Modelo (?) can't take care of.

Here in my little corner of PA we have the Grange Fair, which is similar and a ton of fun. Not my favorite day of the year, but them corn-fed thicc farm hunnies be really thiiiiiiiicccccccc!

Yea, that was at the beginning of July last year, a band was playing that I had always wanted to see live so I bought the tickets a few weeks in advance and then the most brutal heatwave California had seen in years settled in and refused to break

It was frickin brutal at the fair til about 6 pm when it started cooling down and a slight breeze came in, by concert time at 8 pm it was lovely so we partied down and had a great time jamming out to a nonstop roster of 80's hits in the outdoor amphitheater


Tomorrow is gonna be a beautiful sunny 75, perfect weather for a carnival


And, yea, it was either Modelo Especial or 805 Cerveza, I prefer dark lagers, preferably Negra Modelo, but thats what they had there so thats what I drank, they have several bars and honkytonk saloons scattered all throughout the fairgrounds though so the drinks do be flowing like the salmon of Capistrano
 
Weed and homework, in that order.

Also, I may try to teach a crow to play Stratego

I, too, prefer me some dark lagers.

Looks like an 805 can now that you mention it.
 
There is a Friday the 13th double feature at the New Beverly Cinema in LA tonight with a midnight screening of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. I'm kinda kicking myself that I didn't fly out for it.
