hypothetical fight: Prime Igor vs. Prime Wanderlaei

This fight was talked about in 2004-2005ish but never really materialized. I would like to get a general sense of how it would have went down. Would have been a sick fight between two of my all time favorites.

Wand is a brawler. Nobody would brawl with Igor. I Pick Igor.

Who knows, I guess I would pick Igor based on him being thicker, a harder puncher and less hitable. He might also be the one guy from that era who was comfortable wading in on a whirlwind like Wand. Probably a better chin too

Igor was not a good kickboxer, he have power but not good technique, was completely outstruck by Tra Telligman, who took the fight on two weeks notice.

People forget that Wand can be a bit chinny. Prime Igor had Thor's hammer in both hands. I could only imagine it being a terrible massacre. Wandy would probably never be the same. Just how he's never been the same since that Crocop headkick and catching the H bomb.

I miss Igor man. He gave us some awesome fights.

Are you both serious? The thread is clearly about Igor Vovchanchyn. He would have absolutely killed Wand.
