Most people that do steroids don't even look abnormally big. There are people in commercial gyms that use and don't look like they use.Hugh Jackmans physique never seemed that far out of reach to achieve naturally. Don't get me wrong, he was diced. But non of it was abnormal mass, he was in great shape and shedded water weight off the top

The issue is the putting on muscle and seemingly losing it when you aren't in a role. You don't gain muscle and lose it then gain it back in your mid 50s. Anything from losing weight to gaining muscle isn't a 6 month thing. It creates unrealistic expectations for regular people.
"Hugh Jackman says it will take 6 months to get in shape for 'Deadpool 3,' marking the 10th time he's bulked up to play Wolverine"
It takes time to get in shape. Naturals do exist but they have been at it for a long time. It's not something they choose to drop and pick back up. Gaining or losing weight isn't a fast process. Even really super fat people don't get that big in a short time. It took years to get there but everyone thinks they can lose 150 lbs a year. This is the whole point. People acting like you can just get shredded\jacked in your mid 40's in a year. Yea fucking right. His fucking shoulders. You don't get shoulders like that in a fucking year at 40.
Quirky and zany disingenuous bullshit to distract.
You didn’t know this but your genes affect how your body responds to steroids.
Same way that some people drink a lot and handle it and some people drink a little and get totaled.
Steroids don’t guarantee results.
sure bro
everybody gets bigger in the mid 40s the natty way
I've heard Michael Jai White say something similar in an interview. I don't remember the exact movie but he said he gets asked a lot about his physique in it and people think he was huge. It was actually the smallest he had ever been but by far the most shredded so he looked 30 lbs bigger on camera.I agree that he probably wasn't on any sort of androgynous hormones to get that physique.
However, I wouldn't be surprised if he was on some sort of ped to get that shredded for the role. Kind of like Zac Efron for Baywatch. He probably was on some sort of diuretic or lasix. Hell maybe even clen. It's amazing what getting peeled can do for someone who isn't that big physique. Makes you look, especially with the right lighting, much bigger than you really are.
So I was just looking it up and Jackman is 6'2" and weighed 185 during the filming of wolverine. So yeah, I stand by what I said and what White said is correct too. Jackman may have been on peds to help him cut, but carrying that amount of lean mass on a 6'2" frame isn't that crazy. He looks much bigger in screen than he really was.I've heard Michael Jai White say something similar in an interview. Come on man, it was pretty funny. If he just made that up for laughs, that makes me appreciate it even more.
+1
Plenty of guys on gear look like shit. Also lots of natty guys ripped to shreds. Jackman could be on gear but his physique is possible natty, assuming he was starting with good genetics and a decent base. He was a dancer/stage performer for years before making it big, so he was starting from an athletic lifestyle with his diet already dialed in. He doesn't look crazy huge in his wolverine scenes - he looks like a regular-sized dude who spent 6 months getting very lean by being very disciplined with diet and training, and then got the hollywood treatment for his scenes via lighting, angles, CGI etc.
Huge AckmanIt´s not Hugh Jackman
But Jacked Hugh-man
Yes, on anabolics.https://nypost.com/2023/01/09/hugh-...-play-wolverine-i-dont-love-my-job-that-much/
