It'd be a close matchup. I think pre injury Evans beats DC. DC struggled against the best 205'ers who didn't have a HW gastank. I do think DC was better than Stipe despite losing 2/3 so I'll agree Bader would have a worse chance against him than Stipe though.

The biggie might well be cardio though, latter DC had significant issue with that and Bader is good at tutring fights into slogs these days and doesnt tend to give up easy counter openings.

Again though really I think ther UFC have basically created a false image at HW and LHW but making sure their are relative few great grapplers involved in those divisions, alots of guys(not Cormier of course) being listed here as definately being able to beat Bader really don't have a prooven record of being a good grappler.

I'm genuinely impressed with the UFC hype machine somehow making people forget before his "murderers row" (LOL) off opponents like Stefan Struve, Harry Hunsucker, Greg Hardy, Augusto Sakai, Tai got beat very soundly by the wrestling off Blagoy Ivanov and Sergey Spivak, who are guys who I feel are way worse then Bader in the aspects off wrestling and gas tank.

The fact that Bader has a really good gas tank at HW, his chin seems to be solid without the weight cuts,and he has solid wrestling already puts him within the top 5 range for the UFC.

Bader seems to have a solid chin without the weight cuts. Bader is not that much smaller then other HWs as well, he is just not fat and carrying an extra 30 pounds off flubber.

Bader is a pumped up HW. He is a small HW. I think he comes in at around 230s. I think he will have mixed results. He might have some skillful fights where he outshines his opponent then others where he gets slept rather easily. I think he doesn't do well against explosive guys but will do ok against slow podding folks.

I've been imaging Bader-Francis because of all this contract talk, and I would legitimately fear for Bader's life.

Bader is robotic and quite slow.

He probably sits somewhere near daukaus.

I understand because of his style Lewis is easy to take for granted but his skill set is a handful at this point. Especially considering how chinny Bader is..
