It was all arm I didn’t drop weights in fact you won’t even find anyone on any video lifting even 90 pounds with such steady motion going down let alone doing lifts with 3 inch grips the leg here is necessary bc the handle is spinning but once again the people’s bicep proves to strong it’s a win fir me and I don’t even think I’m 175 pounds here ….lol

The people’s bicep just keeps winning on here . 💪

You literally lift you heel off the ground to bump the dumbell up in the video you posted. That's the only reason it moves. You then don't even curl it up fully before it drops to the side and you cut the video catching it with your other arm.

Why would anyone be impressed by that video. It's a failed rep.

Heel was for balance I’m still lifting the dead weight otherwise I’d have leaned into it …….regardless a beta male such as yourself havent nor would even attempt such a weight so you talking to me about strength is kind of pointless .

I am further confused by trying to decide which is more impressive, continuing to pull more excuses and reasons out of his ass to avoid facing the claim directly or reverse row adductor throw pressing an 80lb (IQ matching!) DB and filming it, then posting it and think it is impressive to anyone other than a 3rd grader.

I'll have better self control once I get of these horse tranquilizers

It's just shitty technique because you aren't strong enough to do it. Nobody but a guy who films himself throwing kicks 3 second clips and adding sound effects is impressed.

BTW, as a recap: I've posted 15 minutes of fight footage including MMA fights, pancrase rules, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, and submission grappling. I've posted lots of recent muay thai training. Heck I posted a video about a month ago of me running 5 miles in 40min at 1% incline. I've always been an amateur journeyman at best. I'm over 50 with my best years long behind me.

But I'm NOT posting selfies, punching rocks, or posting 5 year old shitty lifts that can't qualify as anything other than garbage because my mouth made a claim my ass can't cash.

I am certainly no badass. But I'm better than you. And I've shown proof to my claims. You've done nothing except make threats and duck every request I've sent for a meet up location.
