It's promo girl work. Promo girls get paid like $300-500 a night. You really think they're paying 50x the industry standard for instantly replaceable employees? Celeste probably gets a fair bit more since she's stuck with the brand for so long but the rest of them aren't getting a lot of money for holding a card in the air once a month.
