How Many Pushups Can You Do Nonstop?

Not many as I unfortunately have a bum shoulder that I’ve dislocated over 30 times. Push ups cause it a lot of pain.

Like 25 proper ones.

But I did once do 58 burpee push-ups non stop, which speaks something to the quality of those push-ups.

I do 20 at a time. Have done up to 35, but 20 comfortably. I'm 97 years old and a triple amputee.[honest!]

Chest to ground I can probably do 25 or so. I've never been good at pushups for some reason, I can plank for 5 mins though which is apparently pretty good.
Same. Never been really great. Still got a semi-bird chest after doing them almost daily for awhile. Even using those push up grip thingies that let you go farther down. My body just don’t give a poo.

My all-time record is 80 and that was while drunk and in a push-up contest.

Now I can get up to 60-65

I dont know but back when I trained MMA, whenever our coach was mad at us he'd make us do 25 - 50 pushups, and I could do 25 without stopping, but that was years ago and im old.

Mods. Need poll please. How many pushups can you do nonstop?

1-25
26-50
51-75
76-100
101-125
126-150
151-175
176-200
201+

100 club checking in here.
TBH i think you should split the 1-25 further. Being able to do 3 push ups makes you in very poor shape, but 25 makes you certainly above the worst third for sure.

8.....BRAVO~~~~~~~~ Guess that says it all about my pullups prowess, ah.......lack of,

I did 20 as an 8th grader, and could have done more, I only needed 20 to score on some chart, That was about 100 pounds ago.
Oh yeah, I was 25 lbs lighter when I was in the Marines. Shave off 25lbs and I bet I could hit at least 12.

Lol at the form nazis on pushups.
You strike me as the opposite of me. Strong squat, then after strong deadlift and weak Bench press. I'm strong at bench, ok at deadlift and weak at squat. You problably can't do any good push ups. You are heavy and a lower body strength guy. Sorry it gotta be 80% strict for me to count. Just like you don't let these half squats fly in the S&C reviews.

When I did TKD in 2000, 150+ (maybe closer to 200.)

Police academy, 88 in 60 seconds.

COVID era, 100.

This summer, sets of 50+.

Right now, roughly three and being careful.

One handed, switching hands bare knuckle style typically on broken glass or on used syringes fully naked in the local park… probably 25 before the police arrive!

My all time record is 75 continuous, then took myself to 150 through a few smaller sets.

I was always really weak as a kid but I tried to improve them later on, and they were a main staple of my workout on a field during COVID.

Unfortunately my weight screws with my lower back and I get acid reflux when I do them.
