Yeah, pull-ups you use it or lose it. Right now my max is 8. Which is hard to take when my max in the Marines was 30 my last year in.When I was in the navy we had a mini Olympics, each barracks had a team.
I ran the 100 and did pushups, came in second in the 100 but won the pushups with 90 in 90 seconds.
The last time I had done pushups until yesterday out of curiosity.....60.

I can do probably max 35 clean push ups. I am heavy 112 kg and can bench 120kg 2-3 times.
