Well maybe if I shoot a couple more times or learn anyrhing about guns. I don't care about guns they are just for murder and Jesus said don't kill. Once you get around that, it's not scary. It's not the problem in 99% of cases.

Ignore the speech. I was wrong. It was 320 pounds for 11 reps. Not 315 for 10.

Your entire squat movement is about a foot up and down.



Compare it to your old video which was a beautiful and much heavier squat. Go somewhere between those two and you would have your actual PL squat style.

You were planning on competing at the time, so it mattered.

Your reps get better as you fatigue. Just squat deeper and come all the way up.

Why is it a big deal? If you can hit 11 quarter reps, you can hit 3-5 good ones no issues.
Just do that instead.
