You gotta find a way to be less emotionally attached to theses fights and fighters. He keeps his hands out to create distance and mess his opponents line of sight Boxers do it and they never clench a fist so when they teach it they don't teach you to close your hand... not to mention if your hand is closed it becomes less effective. Besides he's not the only eye poker in MMA, just the highest ranked.
