Except Tom's eye they are both uninjured

Both don't cut weight, both are still in shape.

So if Tom's injury is superficial he'd be ok in 5-7 days and could potentially fight next month

Now I don't think the UFC would book anything that fast. But they maybe maybe can book it for December. But even that I don't think they will

So my guess is January. It's pretty reasonable. Pushing it back further is too much IMO

January or February.

December, i mean its just an eye poke
I really dont see why not november on the Qatar card.

Tom will take as much time as possible so he can learn how to actually set up takedowns when he is getting picked apart and also learn to fight at a slower pace. Not every opponent is Andrei Arlovski in the UFC
Would not surpise me in the slightest. more time benefits tom. What ever strategy he was going to use was not going to work on gane.

January or February.

IMO that is too far. It gives fighters basically another training camp. They should just fight again. They are HW's so weight cutting is also less a factor. I dont see why they'd possibly need more than 6 weeks if they are medically cleared

It better be before January ... Paramount doesn't want this sh*t.

There's been no reports of a nose injury
Have there been any reports of injuries at all? All we've heard so far is he was taken to the hospital. That could simply be for an examination. From the blood and the way he was sucking air through his mouth it looked like Tom could have had a broken nose before the eye pokes. The problem is so much of what comes from fighters and their camps is suspect after fights. We may never know the truth. If they book a rematch quickly it will just give credence to the idea that his eyes weren't that bad and he just quit.
