How does Lesnar vs Aspinall go?

There i thought i was the only one that thinks this heacily favors prime brock before the fall out.

Bahaha the goober you're quoting would pick Cody Mackenzie to beat Aspinall. His bias is laughably transparent.

Aspinall now not only has greater than NCAA Div 1 Champion wrestling, but ALSO a butterfly guard he's never displayed.

Is there anything this man can't do
I wasn't saying any of that.

I was just pointing out your lack of knowledge about the fight in general.

I don't think you remotely understand that Cain was an NCAA Div 1 wrestling champion and also a then brown belt in BJJ at the time so you really shouldn't remotely compare Cain being able to get up from under Brock to what someone else could've done with just BJJ.

Let alone Tom Aspinall of all people who's never done any of this and was held down and subbed by Stuart Austin.

Hope this helps pal.

I mean if you literally can't understand the concept of how fighters evolve and improve you are simply too stupid to be participating in this discussion.

I can understand it perfectly fine as a theoretical.

There's just no evidence Aspinall HAS done this, against ANY level of opponent, as he hasn't had to display it since because he instead wins by KO on the feet when everybody stands with him even when they're wrestlers like Blaydes. So no I'm not going to pretend he's now some super duper master at anything he hasn't displayed before just because he possibly could be. He also possibly could be just as bad.

Hypothetically he's better off his back than when a can like Stuart Austin could hold him down for 8 minutes before subbing him. But that's a pretty low bar, and we're also talking about hypothetically being able to survive under someone like Brock who's top game is absolutely not regional can level.

That's literally what I fucking showed you. You don't need to be a "super master" of anything to shut down Brock's incredibly rudimentary and basic grappling game. If some basic butterfly hooks was all it took to shutdown Brock's top game that was pretty well par the course for MMA in that era.

Once again

There is quite literally zero proof Tom is remotely near the grappler Cain is.

But go on buddy.

You need to be some world class grappler to pull off a butterfly escape against an oaf with rudimentary top control?
If Brock Lesnar has rudimentary top control what does that make Stuart Austin

A guy who Tom Aspinall fougtht in 2015??? 10 years ago??

Since all your pea brain can do is go in circular discussions I guess i'll have to ask it again - are you so fucking stupid that you can't understand that fighters evolve over time?

Does it seriously offend you so much that this is the guy Jones ducked for 30 million?

You’re the one saying Tom’s guard must improve from getting dominated by a can but Brock’s can’t have improved since fighting master grappler Cain.

Okay pal.

The pretend fighting guy has no chance

Okay pal.

We haven't seen Aspinall deal with a freak wrestler like Lesnar and he probably never will. Not sure how that guy thinks Aspinall is like Cain.

Younger athletes actively training the sport in their peak years tend to improve

Old guys engaging in scripted play fighting that doesn't really utilise ground based bjj probably wont improve at bjj

This isn't exactly news

Older people who don't train (or hardly) at something tend to not improve that thing

Looking forward to the breaking news on that one!
