Hard boiled & fried are both good.

Hard boiled are convenient. Boil a dozen on Sunday and you can use them in salads, on bread / english muffins with tomatoes, chop them up finely and make chicken/tuna egg salad sandwiches, etc throughout the week.

Use a muffin tray. Put some bacon on the outside, crack an egg in the middle, add some ham / green peppers if you want, season and bake. They actually are pretty good.
