How do I increase flexibility in my legs?

Overhead squats. Microstretching. General, full range weights.

I know I'm the only one that finds this - by doing hypers really help my hamstring flexibility. Little bit of weight, then go to my full range of motion. They help me a lot.
 
and THATS why I think partner static stretching is crap, people think if theyre not making you cry with pain theyre not stretching you.
 
what the hell i learned that pnf stretching was the best for flexibility, after that it was dynamic stretching... or was it the other way around

Nope, I think the people throwing head kicks after a month of me pulling them makes me think I'm stretching them

The simple fact is, for a stretching to work, you have to be in discomfort. The amount of effective discomfort is limited by pain threshold, partner knowledge and muscle strength (I really mean prior conditioning to that).
