How can Khabib afford his own promotion?

Khabib opening his own fast food chain in Russia with 38 planned locations. He has plenty of money. He earnt over 50 mil in UFC alone, and probably another 20-30 million in sponsorship money from wealthy sheiks in Dubai. He can purchase whatever he wants. This organization probably was worth like 1 mil when he bought it, its nothing.

isn't he involved in some sort of telecom too, plus he probably inherited his father's gym which trains a ton of world class fighters/gets a big portion of their fight purses

I could believe it if Conor opened his own mma promotion, but Khabib doesn't have Conor money. So how can Khabib afford to do this: pay fighters, production costs, venue costs, and other fees. It must take a few million I reckon. So where did he get the money?

khabib having money and means to money isnt a secert. you dont need conor money to start a company if y\ou have the right people in place to handle it right.

Among current UFC fighters Oleinik, Muradov, Masvidal own promotions. Muradov said that he owns one in Uzbekistan and co-owner of another in Czechia, I think Masvidal was holding mma-without-gloves events and like a week ago normal mma event happened but maybe it was another promotion owned by him.
Ex-Bellator fighter Shlemenko owns promotion in Russia, ex-WSOF fighter Vagab Vagabov bought one in Russia too, I think soon first event of promotion of Anthony Pettis is happening.

From what I understand, Masvidal is merely the promoter. Anuel AA (a clothing company owned by a rapper) is the true money behind BMF.

EDIT: And their webpage is lined with fairly substantial partners.

How in god's name can someone like Vagabov, Muradov or Oleinik ever afford to own and run a MMA company I don't know. MMA orgs are notorious financial sinkholes and all around bad investments. There has to be additional money behind the scenes, doesn't it?

Biggest reason is name value. Tyson can go broke and still do deals that make him rich again. People want to be associated with Khabib, rich people included.
