He's been close to billionaires like Ziyavudin Magomedov and Ramzan Kadyrov for a long while now. And the Fight Island deal was a lot about Princes wanting to see Khabib. He's also been doing some big sponsorship work in Russia/Central Asia.

Kadyrov is sanctioned by the Americans so doubt Khabib would risk getting blacklisted by associating businesswise with him. Plus Kadyrov runs ACA

I agree, the ACA youtube stuff was so dumb. I assume they just got someone in America to set up an account to collect the revenue.

He earnt over 50 mil in UFC alone, and probably another 20-30 million in sponsorship money from wealthy sheiks in Dubai. He can purchase whatever he wants. This organization probably was worth like 1 mil when he bought it, its nothing.

If Khabib ends up the Dana White of Eagle FC and it really takes off, I think more fighters would want to go with Khabib. A former fighter is going to be more understanding of fighters than a former boxercise instructor.
