Generally clean diet otherwise..with fish/chicken, some organic artisan bread and loads of veggies that have antioxidants, vitamin C as well as prebiotics that feed probiotics
Avocados are high in glutathione, good for the immune system. The honey I get is unheated raw from a place about 20 minutes from my house.Peppers are very high vit c and part of my veg mix..but why is avocado beneficial for immunity?
Problem with most commercial honeys today is they are processed garbage and the bees are fed all kinds of shit incl sugar.. got some excellent local raw unheated buckwheat honey at home and cant wait to get back and use it
