How are you strengthening your immunity right now?

Same way I always do..Vitamins, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Coca Cola..

Peppers are very high vit c and part of my veg mix..but why is avocado beneficial for immunity?

Problem with most commercial honeys today is they are processed garbage and the bees are fed all kinds of shit incl sugar.. got some excellent local raw unheated buckwheat honey at home and cant wait to get back and use it
 
I'm actively trying to ruin my immune system, so hopefully I get it and die

Sometimes counterintuitive measures are beneficial..which reminds me dirt for example raises immunity by forcing the gut to self cleanse

~80% of our immune CELLS reside in gut associated lymphoid tissues.. it doesnt make sense to say the immune system is housed somewhere, other than the host.

I once took oral antibiotics to clear h pylori and it completely destroyed my gut health as along with the bad it also killed the good bacteria (hence anti as opposed to probiotics)..i got very weak and researched/learned the importance of a strong gut for immunity
 
Half the time I can't tell if you are trolling or serious, you are a weird dude, not necessarily in a bad way I don't dislike you or anything you are just very random; one day you order used panties online and have really bad stomach problems, the next day you have a 6% body fat lmao

The salmon also gives you a dose of mercury. That should kill the virus too.

I do blood and urine tests every 6-12 months including heavy metals..despite daily salmon my mercury is low..if you read upon it, the big predatory fish are the ones loaded with mercury (tuna, shark etc)

Athlethic Greens + bulletproof coffee. I started taking AG partly to deal with my emerging burn-out two weeks before corona was a thing. Now I’m in lockdown, so no more work and I have my immunity improving suplements covered, so what’s not to like!
 
Are you chugging down coronas or doing something more sensible?

Personally i ate 2lbs of bee pollen which is known to build up immunity

I am also gulping down 1-2lbs of yogurt daily as it contains probiotics (good bacteria) important for gut health..if you didnt know 80% of our immune system is housed in the gut

Generally clean diet otherwise..with fish/chicken, some organic artisan bread and loads of veggies that have antioxidants, vitamin C as well as prebiotics that feed probiotics

what do you recommend for someone who has GERD?

Been drinking yogurt drinks, which has gotten rid of my gut pain.

Been taking apple cider vinegar, which has really helped.

And of course been eating healthier.

Avocados are high in glutathione, good for the immune system. The honey I get is unheated raw from a place about 20 minutes from my house.
 
fyi, in clinical trials oral vitamin c supplementation has shown to not be efficacious for reducing infection rates. vitamin d on the other hand has some mild effects.

while maintaining proper antisocial behavior, one should try to get sun when possible
 
Eat a lot of beef, chicken, and fish. Loads of eggs and yoghurt. Lots of veggies and fruit. Seeds & nuts. Roots & leafs. Drink a lot of water and tea. Smoke a lot of flowers. Work out a lot. Get a fair bit of time in the sun.

Nothing different from my normal routine. My immune system is already very strong.
 
sleeping 8 hours a day, eating good, exercising, and banging as many girls that i can find that are willing to travel to my condo during the pandemic.
