Sort of misleading. He didn’t include the US in this “axis” nor blame Trump.. and as it stands, this “axis” that he mentioned of China, Russia, Iran, North Korea already existed so it’s not forming.
Johnson has already publicly backed Trump and Vance scolding of Zelensky.
This article presents the false narrative that Trump is Pro-Russia as fact and saying we’re against Russia is pushback.
The US is on Ukraine’s side but no longer unconditionally and with no end of the war in sight.
If UK and EU need to take over alone they too will very quickly be looking for pathways out of the conflict that will be interpreted by Russia hawks as appeasement. But that’s just what happens when a nation have gained the only ground in a conflict..chances are they’ll walk away with most of it not all of it.
But of course our so called allies are always flirting with China anyway and think US not showing fealty to Ukraine means they need to turn to China.
Which begs the question of why they are so afraid of Russia if they would put themselves in China’s pocket simply because Trump is a touch indelicate.
