As a dude that lived in horse country in NC (USA) growing up with and around "horse chicks" - they are as kickass people as it gets. The farm living ladies I grew up around are physical specimens that are comfortable, to me fearless, walking with a 35 - 50 pound saddle in their arms going up to a HUGE creature (4-500 kilos) and letting that horse know "it's on, let's do this".

Yeah, I think this is a big part of it. It doesn't matter if they came up poor or rich, horse girls tend to be a bit tougher than most women (or men for that matter). That's attractive to me.

Also, I did a big part of my growing up in horse country too (Kentucky in my case). As much as I fucking hated Kentucky, I guess some parts of living there rubbed off on me.

My wife's family has horses, but I'm not sure if she qualifies as a horse girl. She rodeoed as a kid, but she's never taken me riding in the 28 years we've been together.

Aside from the fact that horses are a very expensive hobby lol. Sure otherwise equestrian sports in the Olympics are the same as stick and ball ones.

I wasn’t aware “horse girls” were a thing or that they had a bad reputation until this thread.
 
Equestrian chicks have been the freakiest in bed...in my experience
