He trained twice a day. Ran 6 miles every morning. He also trained/sparred. All to prepare for a MOVIE role.

Can somebody explain to me why Johny Hendricks can't make weight?

What about the illusion that is Conor's work ethic? Why isn't he in the gym ( or with his pregnant wife)? Jake is.

Or Ronda' "transformation". Why wasn't she in that kind of shape BEFORE??

ain't no USADA in hollywood. most of your favorite actors are on the gear

Those Hollywood guys are A level and wouldn't risk their cognitive faculties for peanuts like our beloved human cock-fighers.

Jake Gyllenhaal probably felt weak as fuck cutting all the carbs (french fries).

Hollywood actors can afford expensive PED's for their movie roles like Vin Diesel.

This is just complete gibberish, and ignores literally every kind of context and variable that exists in the universe.

Shitty thread is shitty.

Training is not the same as weight cutting.

Conor is always in great shape come fight time, partying or not.

Ronda got complacent, which happens when you smoke all your opponents in like 30 seconds.

They don't work to develop advanced skills, and they can use whatever chemicals they like.

the TS asks why fighters arent in fight shape all year round?

uh...

they dont fight every day? injuries?

Handsome Johny is a real American man, MAN who eats burgers and fries, not some vain Hollywood pretty boy on a diet of salad and protein shakes.

Not defending Hendricks but Gyllenhaal gets paid a fuck load more to do films than he does to fight.

fighters arent fitness models you :eek::eek:. dyou think johny is in the gym doing curls and dumbell flies? i guarantee johny takes jake down 100/100 and that jake gets knocked out by 100/100 of johny's punches

here, fap to this

What a sloppy post? What is your point?

Making weight has absolutely zero to do with working out or being in shape.
