Not her physical appearance. But a majority of her kicks and punches. Her kicks had no snap; they were all push. Her punches were mostly sparring punches, with a few exceptions. It appears that if you do not run your face into her fists, she may forget to actually land anything. (I missed teh first couple minutes and teh flash knockdown, btw)

Valentina looked young, and pretty. That smile though. I honestly think if she would have turned it up she would have KO'd Holm in pretty devastating fashion. Her punches and kicks were not of a "sparring" nature. The way Holm flicked kicks out with no intention of damage kind of made me want one of those wheel kicks to land flush.

So in conclusion, Holly looks about done IMHO, she may over-train and get to used to sparring, and she's getting older fast... And Valentina has a really pretty smile, and would easily be champion is she wasn't in between weights. She may become a champion even though undersized.

Technically she is getting old.. Isn't she like 36?

Holm is very experienced but was surprisingly hesitant it seemed.

She felt the power of those check hooks and kicks. Holm is older than Miocic, older than Lawler...

I think she might be on her way out unless she can secure a few more victories in the cage.

Shevchenko is already at her prime. I believe she will only decline from here physically... technique wise she's doing great.

If you are going to put Valerie on a pedestal after this win, you can't at the same time call her opponent old and done. Sherdog logic I tell you...

Anyone who does the 'haiya' stuff, you know is a point fighter.

They've always looked like that. Didn't watch any of her other fights?

That's more like 30 biologically. She's already past it.

But in skill sports you can mask your aging

NOPE... I felt better at 34 than 25, and I worked in gyms throughout my 20's, and never stopped. HOWEVER, at the end of 35 and right around 36, I felt the first changes.

Would still bang.

Would not still watch fight; unless while still banging.

[I like a fighter]

34** isn't old?? Lol coming from a 21 year old, it's not at all. She looked like she thought a sparring match would win her the fight.. sad, she didn't care to enter her actual range and hit to kill.

Lemme clarify..

After a long career of boxing, being an olympian, and having 12 pro mma fights... Being 34 starts catching up to you..

And in my humble opinion, you're an idiot

I mean sure you can be in better shape than you were at the time but your athletic ceiling was higher in your 20's athletically without a doubt

Her stance is too wide. She needs to do a BJ Penn and fight taller.

Bones hit her too hard in sparring, prob went hard because it was drug withdrawal day

She's looked exactly like this in every other UFC fight she's had except the one against Ronda, who charged at her foolishly
