A former MMA champion goes to practice on the following Monday after her fight to learn how to defend a rear naked choke. That just seems kinda sad, that's all.
Yup dean of meanis that Jardine?
Everybody will be like ¨Oh my God she is such a hard worker, blah blah blah¨. She is only doing what she is supposed to. She is not supposed to get out of shape and become a walking whale like Ronda Rousey.
She is a high level pro athlete so she is supposed to get back to the Gym and keep working.
Buddy... She fought Saturday... She was in the gym on Tuesday.
Blow it out your ass.
Yep. It's one thing to believe/know it's her weakness and its another to prove it.
Holly should train more for defending how she got into that position as opposed to being in it but its all good. If she improves her weakness that only makes her strengths that much better.
Well I mean aside from losing the fight, it's not like she took any significant damage of any kind.
it's clearly a useless troll
Back in the gym 3 days after a punishing fight in which she had victory and her world title snatched from her grasp in the most dramatic way possible? That's extraordinary, is the exception to the rule, and it goes to explain why she's held world titles in both boxing and MMA. Few ex-champs have that kind of drive. Don't just brush it off as "whatever, that's what everyone does." The woman is a legend of combat sports, achieving something nobody else has with her championships in both boxing and MMA, and she's a class individual with a serious thirst for work.Everybody will be like ¨Oh my God she is such a hard worker, blah blah blah¨. She is only doing what she is supposed to. She is not supposed to get out of shape and become a walking whale like Ronda Rousey.

And lol… The thread title is: "Back in the gym practicing".Miesha didn't take any significant damage either.
