I very much doubt it will, far more likely Volk win or lose against Islam stays up at LW rather than face a guy he just comprehensively beat in what would be a 4th match up should Max and Topuria fight for the interim belt with Max emerging victorious. They'd have to give Volk an additional massive new contract to make it worth his while. Already got a significant contract upgrade by taking on the Islam fight at least according to his manager.
