show us the inside

I neglected to take a picture of the inside. After I cut into it, all hope of taking pictures was gone. I cooked it to about 135 and let it rest for about 20 minutes so it was around medium when all was said and done.

Nina Simmons' Chicken with cashews. Or maybe even some pasta bolognese

Eh, probably either a steak or chicken enchiladas.

I'd say you need to be able to cook meats to temp, pasta, eggs, and rice.

For real though, I have the BEST Pomodoro sauce recipe, the panties will be dropping in no time.

1. Put an oven-ready chicken for 4 people in the oven. Follow the instructions.
2. Cook some rice. Add salt or other seasoning to both the rice and the chicken (optional).
3. Ready to serve.
4. Eat!

Should strain the chicken drippings and mix with rice with some salt. Put rice back into chicken with celery, carrots, sausage, and stuff the chicken.
