I'm not sure if you comprehend what a work of fiction is. But most movies are works of fiction, a fictional rape is no different from a fictional murder or a fictional torture scene.
I'm not sure white knighting fictional scenes is what is supposed to come from this. The fact it invoked an emotional response from you means it did what it was supposed to. Scenes in films, books, tv shows are supposed to strike you on an emotional level. But don't construe this into being something other than a fictional scene, with fictional characters being portrayed by actors telling a story.
Because boy do I hope you never see Game of Thrones or the Handmaiden's Tale.
