Hey....Jon Jones, When your on probation...

Jones will do some time. When on probation, you belong to the system. Negotiations have already taken place and he broke his promise :(

The only people who care about people caring about grammar are complete losers. Who the fuck would take time out of their day to comment on such a thing, lol.

Fucking scrub.

And yet you comment on a comment about grammar.... so I guess you're the biggest loser of us all :)

The only people who really care about grammar on here are complete losers. And nobody gives a shit about their opinion anyway.

You've got it backwards: it's only the complete losers who can't acquire a command of proper grammar. Think of the people you knew in middle school with hopeless grammar: did they go on to accomplish great things?

Jesus. How do you have a hit n run and keep your damn license? That's fucked up?
Pay for a lawyer. As for probation, yeah just be straight till it's done cause it's a privilege not a gift. Jon acting like he's free. It's like a :eek::eek::eek:phile hanging out at a kids playground asking for trouble. Hit and run but still drives what an idiot.

Probation is a great thing when you're willing to accept you fucked up, and are grateful that you're not cooling your heels in county for 90 days. Probation, for me, was a chance to keep my job, my apartment and my life fairly cohesive instead of losing it all.

Unlike Jones, I learned from my mistake, followed the probation agreement to the letter and now am getting my shit back together. He has no regard for the law, the safety of himself or others, and is a menace when driving. He should lose his license for a long, long time, and should it come down to it, I'd have no qualms about him serving out the maximum term for the original offense (he violated two NM statutes - Section 66-7-201 NMSA 1978 and Section 66-7-203 NMSA 1978 ), mostly in hopes that he'd have time to grow the hell up, learn what a danger he is to others while driving, and get some therapy.

Great fighter, but an immature and petulant little boy stuck in a grown man's body.

This following post has nothing to do with Jon Jones:

Probation is a f*cking trap avoid it at all costs and if you're looking at time, you'll obviously choose the probation if you're young 9/10. So if you do finish all your community service, pay your fines, quit smoking kill for and take care of your shit to get off asap.

Because one little screw up while on probation can set you back a thousand steps. Rant over sorry guys.

Jail is wasted time. Probation isn't hard. Just keep your dumbass out of trouble and you're good. It's not not like he has to find a job.

You have to weigh the pros and cons is all I am saying. Everyone has different situations.

The worst thing about probation is that you can't post bail if you violate your probation. This basically means that Jon Jones will serve time in jail. Maybe 3 to 6 months.

Does anyone know exactly what the violation was for? The act of violating a "probationee" is completely up to the probation officer... For him to get violated before he's even been to court for the tickets seems a little hasty... Doesn't matter what should or shouldn't have happened with the hit n run incident... Getting violated on probation for simply getting traffic tickets doesn't seem right... Like maybe they really do have it out for him out there in that town..
He could probably get house arrest for minor traffic tickets but a violation is a violation. They gave me 16 months in state prison for violating my probation for abscounding. Lol

That's not illegal, even if you're on probation.
It's not illegal but it is a violation of probation. Probation states that you cannot get into direct contact with police officers if you do it's an automatic violation. But your probation officer can decide whether he wants to violate you or not.

I was on probation, and that wasn't one of the rules. Maybe it's different in NM, but in Indiana it's not.
