Help on improving

I want to get good carry overs from weight lifting over to muay thai and BJJ.

What programs/exercises could I use to best help me in getting stronger in both arts?
 
I'd stick to the basic exercises like squats, deadlifts, rows, presses etc rather than isolation movements like curls, lat raises etc. Remember the weight training is secondary to your martial arts and skill training. Aim to add to the weight your lifting on the exercises. Training weights two times a week should be fine if you're doing you other training also. Good luck.
