Yeah, I think the winner would smash the loser but Mir doesn't have the best GnP defense on the ground or chin so it could be him too. I did pick Mir as the favorite though.

You demonstrate your understanding of the early history of the sport with these great matchups. Awesome you even include Tank, who despite his limitations, was one of the true early pioneers of combining striking and grappling skills.

I think CC actually would take Gane down and beat him up on the ground like he did to Wandy and Josh.

Crocop, he had real killer instinct.

Big Nog, he had good boxing and a great sub game.

Werdum, he would probably win a decision.

Fedor, he was much more well rounded.

Alexander, he had way better boxing than Ngannou does...(Ngannou could catch him though).

JDS, His boxing, speed, and power KOs A.A.

Kharitonov, but only because I have seen more of him...that could be a great fight.

Mir, he actually fought through adversity.

Hunto, Shane was a big guy that hit hard and Hunt is a true fighter.

Volkov, he has everything Tim had but he seems better at it...lacks wrestling though so maybe Tim GNP him.

Cain, he smashes Randy unfortunately.

Nelson, by anything he wants (still love Tank though).

Unfortunately Reem had too many skills for Rizzo, but Rizzo will always be one of my favorites (To be fair Rizzo could catch him and out him to sleep).
