Its being circulated this is the judge that denied the prosecutor's request to hold him until trial after his last arrest.

I usually don't jump onto things like blaming judges, but this man had been arrested 40+ times, last one being felony assault on a social worker, and this judge DENIED the prosecutors request to reprimand without bail til court date and was denied. She should be 100% civilly responsible as in she needs to cover all medical cost, and she should be disbarred. This would NOT HAVE HAPPENED, if she simply did what the prosecutors requested. And this is without even thinking about his 40+ prior arrest. you throw in the 40+ prior arrest, and its literally a no brainer. Judges have to take some type of responsibility at some point.
