I get it, you want to punish criminals. I want to prevent them from ever becoming criminals to begin with. In no way is that an excuse or justification.

It's not just about helping the poor, literally just throwing money at the situation won't solve anything. It's a multi-layered problem that needs multiple solutions that need to work together to achieve anything. It will never happen overnight because these are the consequences of hundreds of years of build up.

One area I do think we need less punishment in is drug abuse. We need rehabilitation and regulation, lower the amount of drug users and drug pushers. You'll end up with more stable families and less pressure to enter the lifestyle.

Money towards the poor can help a lot though. Stability and security will improve mental health and provide a safety net that can allow for people to take more risks in their careers and do something both fulfilling and productive.

I initially was talking about conditions leading to criminal behavior. Then you responded with this gem about the "culture" and the race of the people doing the crime. So I decided to address black crime in urban areas specifically because it's obvious that was what you were alluding to.
Horseshit. It's a consequence of their culture.

Take within a 10 mile radius of my house. Shootings are up 600% in one town, homicides up 800% in another.

I challenge you to find me one Asian/South Asian person committing these crimes. I challenge you to find me one Muslim person committing these crimes.

The races I mentioned tend to follow their traditional or religious culture, not modern no values American culture.

Doubt they do anything, doubt this gets much national coverage either. Also fuck this bitch, both these guys deserve to spend the rest of their lives in prison.

The sister is delusional if she thinks they will let brother go back home after all the charges against. The courts will likely not release him due to fear of him fleeing so he never has to stand trial also he may do it to someone else.
