Murder rate in Moldova is 3.49 per 100 000, vs 5 in the USA. Moldova has issues with organized crime, theft, pickpocketing, etc just like most poor Eastern European countries.

Moldova’s murder rate is still significantly lower while being significantly (tremendously) poorer. So don’t give me that crap that african americans are over represented in the US justice system because of poverty. By the way, Moldova ain’t the only piss poor country that has significantly lower murder rate than the US. If you look at the list of countries ordered by murder rate you’ll notice that the USA surrounded by dirt poor countries. How is that for unpacking?

How are the murder rates superficial? Is your number of children superficial? Is the number of people killed by police superficial? Is the number of people with diabetes superficial? Is the number of rapes superficial? I can be vague and literally call anything superficial if I don’t like it. Just stop man. Walk away while you still have some dignity left.

I never said TS made an interpretation of the data, I'm saying I question the relevance of posting it and for what reasons. I reckon it's bait to spark a debate about violence and race but it is imprudent to make any interpretation until we get supplementary data. But this is an online forum and not a peer reviewed article so the standards are not the same

That zeitgeist created by the media, schools, and corporations says that one of the biggest problems in the US is white people hating the black race. This is not reflected in data. It's a pernicious lie.

The huge majority or interracial murders in the US have are not racially motivated. They are mostly the result of crimes of opportunity.

That's your opinion. Care to back that up and prove it?

When a person lives in an area that is racially homogeneous, passes on victimizing members of their own race, and leaves their area to victimize a person outside of their race you can't convince me that targeting a different race wasn't intentional and is simply due to "opportunity".

Those are some awful numbers. Where are we going with this? Is TS going to dedicate time and resources to reducing black on black crime? That would be admirable.

Black on Black crime is not the issue and if you think that you are a racist. If we work to eliminate the systemic racism that has plagued the US the crime in the black community will go away.
