Black on Black crime is not the issue and if you think that you are a racist. If we work to eliminate the systemic racism that has plagued the US the crime in the black community will go away.

I would think that reducing poverty in the black community would reduce these numbers. Similarly, reducing white poverty would likely reduce white on white crime. Sorry if this is captain obvious stuff.
