New York State has had 465,000 cases with a population of 19.45 million and an infection rate of 2.391%. So basically 3.5 in every 1000 people here, and 2.5 in every hundred there....

But Moranis is old (67?), he could have died there. I don’t see the humour in this. Anyway, this mother of 4 was murdered. There should be no "hate crime" laws. A person who commits a heinous act like the murderer in the OP should get the same punishment (capital) whether they hated the victim's race or killing the victim seemed convenient or because the perpetrator was simply sadistic.
