Murder at least 2nd degree. Should be charged as adults and be sentenced as adults. Spend there time in a juvenile prison until they are of age to go to the adult prison.

I know this is going to sound bad but why did he just stand there? I found it odd considering how most people would have probably just jumped into the car if given the opportunity to prevent their vehicle from being stolen but he literally just sort of froze.

This happened in Washington DC the navy yard area, the news report says a lot of juveniles are committing crimes in this area including car jacking.

They killed that man he was hanging from the door and they put the ignition on and sped away killing him I think he got smashed by the pole, I feel sad this is a decent hard working family man trying to earn money the honest way. Young girls killed him, what do they get from this, what motivated them to steal is it copying something they saw online and doing degenerate things for fun? I dont get it. Those girls likely have no soul or compassion just a waste of human life, I could never live with myself if I did something like this.

Authorities have not released the girls’ identities, but police said the 13-year-old resides in Southeast D.C. and the 15-year-old in Fort Washington, Maryland.

The girls have been charged with felony murder and armed carjacking. Each pleaded “not involved” ― the juvenile equivalent of not guilty ― to the charges during their initial court appearance Wednesday, the Post reported. Their next court hearing has been scheduled for March 31.

Anwar, who immigrated to the U.S. from Pakistan in 2014, is survived by his wife, three children and four grandchildren. He lived in Springfield, Virginia.

“The family is devastated by this senseless crime,” Anwar’s family said in a statement. “Mohammad Anwar was a father, a grandfather, a husband, a brother and uncle beloved by many here in the U.S. and in Pakistan. ... The loss for his family is immeasurable.”

It's first degree. Felony murder applies if somebody dies As a result of your committing a violent felony like car jacking. Plus taxing him is assault but I dunno if razer counts as a deadly weapon.

Wow Navy yards is a new upper middle class/rich area of DC.

Now a days these areas are infiltrated all the time like what happened here. These two probably were in this area looking to steal from people, hence the car jacking.
