Crime Headlining Crime Megathread Vol 4.

I’m surprised they got these charges. But then I learned the victim was a protected class. So it makes sense now.

Good. Society needs to stop setting arbitrary age limits on when people know right from wrong. Every 13 year old knows it's wrong to steal a car. Forcefully no less. They aren't some wide eyed 6 year olds, unable to comprehend the potential consequences of their actions.

Give them LWOP, for all I care. Worthless pieces of trash.

Dude got fucked up badly against that wall. Jesus.

Yeah, they said he died from the rollover, but his head was sticking out of that door when they took off. Wouldn't be surprised is he was decapitated.

The Video format isn’t the greatest because it’s from Instagram I couldn’t find the video anywhere else of it actually happened.

13 and 15 year old carjackers, both teenage girls.

Tried to steal this mans car, they drove off and he was killed when the car flipped.

Should they go away for life?

One of them is an actual child.

My kid is 11 but he knows the difference between right and wrong.

They’re charged with felony murder but will plea down most likely. They’re behind bars right now.

They should get a felony and face a decade or so of restitution/community service rather than jail time.

Fuck them, car jacking is a violent serious crime, there is something very wrong with these kids, put em away for at least 30 years..
At that age the parents should bear some type of responsibility too.

They should be charged because their actions killed a man and we have rules as a society. But this is a horrible tragedy and I doubt those children understood the true weight of the crime they were committing. They arent even old enough to get a drivers license. What a shame.

Could be. Hard to tell because it's so small.
Yeah it's definitely buddy. His head is intact but his spine looks cockeyed.

Looks like he got slingshotted from the driver side door as it rolled left onto that side and into the parked cars. Yikes.

After watching that second video it is infuriating that no one ran over to that poor man to assess his injuries and try to help. Judging by the positioning of his body he could’ve easily been dead but it appeared he was still breathing when they showed him. Either way, completely disgraceful.

Just rewatched it even though I didn’t want to but I had to know what she was saying at the end. “My phone is in there” one of the offenders stated while the owner of the vehicle is laid out less than 10 feet from her fighting for his life. That alone is worth 25 years.
