Yes it is. Though they don't like israel for different reasons. They don't like Israel because they don't like jews and buy into all the typical conspiracy theories. The faction of the conservatives who are pro Israel are like what's left of the Bush republicans and the evangelicals who believe all the jews must gather in Israel for the 2nd coming of Christ and the end times to happen. I recently watched a few of Theo's interviews and understand why many of our simple minded friends here don't get it. I didn't either, until I did and realized that is exactly his intention.

The first one I watched was his interview with Ben Affleck and was dumbfounded, as Ben also seemed to be, when Theo asked him if Jon Bernthal was his real brother or not. After the initial, narcissistic, "Theo is a retard" thought, I thought a little deeper and realized what Theo is doing. It is an advanced interviewing technique to get guests to open up and answer questions more honestly.

It is quite hilarious once you realize he is doing a subtle Ali G type character, mixing in completely absurd, made up stories that get the guests questioning what is real.
