Has anyone ever attempted the drop kick in an mma fight?

I hope I don't get flamed or dubbed for this but it's a legitimate question I'm curious if this will be a useful technique in any scenario? At the very least to catch the opponent by surprise

Off the top of my head is Minowaman, he also did one against that sumo guy and he actually dropped to the floor afterwards, then an orc did it in Lord of the Rings.
