Crime Guy RNCed on NY subway dies. Trial begins 10/21

I'm not the one who made the rules. Mods previously said it was big no no to accuse someone of a serious crime without proof.
The video is the proof. Maybe he gets a manslaughter charge, or gets off entirely without a criminal charge, but he literally caused the guy's death on video.

Proof of Daniel Penny being a murderer?

So you, as a mod, are now saying it's no longer against the rules to label someone a murderer who hasn't even been charged yet. Correct?

Medical examiner rules Jordan Neely’s death a homicide after subway choking

"The city medical examiner has ruled the death of a homeless man choked by a Marine on the subway earlier this week a homicide — as prosecutors mulled whether to pursue charges.

Jordan Neely’s cause of death was “compression of neck (chokehold)” and the manner constituted a homicide, the medical examiner determined Wednesday afternoon."

The death being ruled a homicide =/= murder. I'm here to help as well.

I'm going by the definition that I posted. Please re-read if you need to.
It's a fact that all murders are homicides but not all homicides are murder. Please research if you need to.

he hasn't been charged or convicted of anything. technically calling him a "murderer" is irresponsible, incorrect, inflammatory and dishonest.
I don't think so. He murdered the guy. Do you think saying he manslaughtered the guy sounds better? Or that he choked him to death?
