Crime Guy RNCed on NY subway dies. Trial begins 10/21

Yea if we stop normal people from going to work ,politicians will have no choice but to outlaw RNC’s marines !!!!

They always pick the worst martyrs. A dangerous felon who served time multiple times for attacking people fucked around again and got what was coming to him. I have no idea how people are sympathetic for this man and calling for blood over this.

On one hand, they’re saying how scary the subway system is and dangerous but on the other, if you defend yourself you deserve the worst possible penalty? The dude literally served time for attacking an elderly woman for no reason. He was very obviously a dangerous, mentally ill predator and likely on drugs to boot.

I haven't followed this closely but I just read an article that mentioned the dead guy was convicted for trying to snatch a 7 year old girl off the street and was sentenced to 4 months! Wtf? He should have been sentenced to life in prison for that imo. I don't know enough about the circumstances surrounding his death to know if the guy who choked him is guilty of murder or manslaughter or what but the world is better off without this dangerous madman roaming the streets.

Here's what's known about this murder.

The murderer did not know the victim nor did he know anything about their criminal history.
The victim did not assault anyone in the subway car.
The murderer took it upon himself to choose violence against someone who had not assaulted anyone.
The murderer killed the victim.

You do not get to just murder people because they're having an outburst and have not harmed anyone. The assumption of "Well, they could've or might've done something." is NOT a defense I want in a court of law

My prayers to the victim and his family.

Just wait for the crazy to make good on his promises?

Who's the murderer?

Tonto Pete is like, "these are heroes."

these people are absolutely pathetic. what good do they serve, if any?
You sound like a scorned lover stalking an ex with your Tonto spiel. You should give it a rest as it sounds like online bullying at this point.

and here's the funny thing. had Jordan made good on his promise, do you think these same people would be condemning him or protesting on the vic's behalf?
no, of course not.

honestly? probably wouldn't even have heard about it outside of NYC. Sadly, it happens everyday.

Nope.

Whomever had a hand in this persons murder should be called to account and face the full brunt of the legal system.

IMHO
So you, as a mod, are now saying it's no longer against the rules to label someone a murderer who hasn't even been charged yet. Correct?

Wow, what a gotcha, it's not like the guy killed someone on video that nobody is disputing... <{hfved}>

I'm not the one who made the rules. Mods previously said it was big no no to accuse someone of a serious crime without proof.
