I'm being real here. I don't think he's in any significant additional danger. People are over the BLM hysteria. Even the initial protests are kind of weak.

The people of New York are just going to move on fairly quickly. We deal with these crazy fucks on the train every single day. When I go to work, I literally see crazy homeless people multiple times a day as well as migrants begging in Spanish.

If anything, he's much more in danger from a brand new homeless person going crazy.

This is another issue why he should absolutely leave NYC - The DA's office would absolutely love another chance to put him in prison for a very long time.

And using any opportunity to do so, be it defending himself in a lethal confrontation or unpaid parking tickets, would be a high priority for them.

Penny is the reason why they've suffered the biggest humiliation of their careers, and yes some prosecutors can be very vindictive to the point of risking prosecutor-harassment.

And yes, Neely had many opportunities to get clean and get his life on the right track, all of which he rejected and continued his drug addiction and assaulting innocent people in the subway... which he did four times and even had a warrant out for his arrest for one when he, unsurprisingly, threatened to kill anyone to everyone in a subway... and he found out.

No self-reflection on the local justice system that give this kind of trash multiple chances and slaps on the wrist... to only go out and assault more innocent victims.

Some self-reflection may actually cause leftists, like you, to realize prison sentences would be the best option not only for society, but also the criminals to have years of self-reflection.

Being in construction almost my entire life, I take issue with illegal aliens. Being forced into early retirement at age 40 due to injury from construction i take issue with economy. And i just can't stand woke culture and biological women being beaten by biological men in sports.

All it cost penny was being plastered on tv, derided on media, most likely thousands of death threats, people spitting at him on the street for years to come, and all of his money and time ( and don’t forget the obvious harm to employment prospects)
