The way things are going...there's really vey few fighters who WANT to fight Khamzat (as I think Dana admitted) but I can guarantee you that Holland IS a guy who will say yes to that.
So....if Khamzat wins, I can see the UFC saying "title shot" straightaway (this is why they matched him up with Edwards -- a VERY high ranking opponent) but if required Kevin Holland will step in and take the fight.

My bet is that Khamzat gets a title-shot if he beats Edwards. I'm CERTAIN that's the UFC's plan....
