Some of those actually do seem rather low. I mean, you'd be expected to have substantially higher numbers than that, relative to BW, for most, if not all, positions as a starting NCAA Div 1 football player. But then again, they're training for a fight sport that requires many varied types of strength and explosive power along with speed and movement ability. And on top of that requires technical training in wrestling, BJJ, boxing, Muay Thai and separate training to combine them. And continually looking to master each of these forms individually can be a lifetime's worth of work. I would imagine for BJJ specialists, the ones who just train to be World Champs and red and black belts and just center their careers around that, the numbers relative to BW would be significantly less.
