Goat debate is subjective and I personally think Jones is the resume goat and Tj is the p4p goat.but what is objective is that GSP is almost always leading the goat polls after the Bisping fight.

Goat in regards to resume is Jones. It's pretty hard to debate that at this point. GSP never popped for gear, and he's a very likable guy. I could see why some favor his resume.

As far as actual talent goes, if Khabib beats dominates Tony like he has everyone else the last few years, I wouldn't argue that he's better at MMA than anyone ever.
