Historically that is a good stack card only 1 time they messed it up in recent memory.. so good news.
 
The problem with making videos out of still images is some of them get resized due to the fixed dimensions of the video, you have to make sure each image is the same ratio and meets the minimum dimensions required. Automatic downsizing isn't too bad, it's when you change the shape or upsize that it causes problems. You can achieve better results on instagram than Lando did for sure.
 
Guys. I didn't know Lando Vannata himself made a cameo in the new Star Wars Teaser/Trailer. It's definitely him. Just for a couple seconds.

It's a faded picture taken off of a small video... but it looks like Groovy got gold at Grapplefest. No official results have been posted yet, but I expect them... or a post from Groovy to be up in the next day or 2.

Edit: Groovy got one gold & one bronze in 2 different competitions in that event.

Nice breakdown of the Groovy vs. Diakiese fight.

He points out that Groovy will have the better wrestling & that after Diakiese was submitted by Blue belt Dan Hooker, that he likely doesn't want to go to the ground with the 2 year Brown Belt in Groovy.

In other interviews Groovy talks about his focus on "fixing" his cardio (& we have seen those results) & how he fell too much in love with striking & has learned from his losses that he wants to mix in a balance of striking & grappling.

I think the Groovy emerging for this fight is the one we were looking for early on in his UFC run & it took these lessens to get him there.

Full steam ahead now imo!!!!
