I'm talking about giving young people a lack of agency when it's convenient.

Oh, Omar Khadr was 14/15 years old or George Soros was 14/15 years old, so they get a pass for something they unquestionably did.

Her pigtails are being held and that's it...pretty silly of you to just assume rape. I really don't see how anyone could see this and think rape (outside of statutory, but she's of consenting age, so it's not statutory).
