Kron isn't a one dimensional BJJ guy though. He has no dimensions at all.
His BJJ is shit.
He's clearly a white belt. Bro has been held down with complete ease now by both Jourdain and Bryce, and all he could do on his back was lock his feet and hold on. Dude had literally no clue how to do any sweeps or subs or anything.
Even when he somehow got a bit of an armbar on, he eventually just let go because he had no idea what to do with it.
It's hilarious when he's just there on his back not having a clue and he moves his hips a bit or something and Rogan goes spastic saying his opponent is suddenly in huge danger, when really Kron was doing nothing at all.
White belts with 3 months training could hold this guy down in his guard until he died of thirst.
Black belt lol. He got that black belt or whatever he has in a McDojo.
Jourdain and Bryce are both blackbelts. They would beat 99% of most people down at your local BJJ comp in a gi without even wearing one in training.
Kron is still amazing at BJJ, he just isn't training with elite guys anymore. MMA guys have great top positional BJJ, Kron needed to train in an elite gym and actually work against top guys instead of blue belts in his academy.
Hopefully he goes back across to grappling. Bryce Mitchell is one of the better grapplers in his division. Jourdain is dangerous, but a level below that.
Saying a 3 month whitebelt would beat him is just wrong.
Here he is against Tonon back in 2013 putting on one of the best BJJ matches. Completely different approach to his grappling back then compared to this MMA period.
