Got fired from work today

You could sue for being fired on the basis of your sexuality, especially given her use of a homophobic slur. It could ruin her and her son financially. Any lawyer in their right mind would take your case, probably even without a retainer. I say go for it.

First of all don't get upset at fiancé cheating on you. All gay men cheat on their lovers. It's just too easy. That's why the lifestyle is tough. If you take two guys who are controlled by their libidos and try to put them together shit happens. At least women pretend to have morals.
As for the job, you broke the cardinal rule. Can fuck with nepotism.

I always laugh at the people with join dates in the last year or 2 and like 8000 posts and 10,000 likes. As if it's some sort of badge of honor or something.
Like you said the "like" button is fair recent as in the last 2 years or so. Us old timers didn't have the "like" button. I usually just replied to a post and say "this" or "yup" :)
I honestly don't care about anyone's post to like ratio. The only thing that's fishy is if someone joined in the last year or so and has a ton of posts and hardly any likes. Basically means they are a troll or are super boring..lol
