That would take more time than I care to spend posting.Sit down until you are a member of the more likes than posts crew, bun!!
I'm not sure what this thread is about anymore....gay porn, boxing, likes/posts, wtfe.
You could sue for being fired on the basis of your sexuality, especially given her use of a homophobic slur. It could ruin her and her son financially. Any lawyer in their right mind would take your case, probably even without a retainer. I say go for it.
And creampie the son so you can yell to her "I creampied your son damn it!" in Vince's voice.

Like he said, you registered last year. I had 8 years of posting without the like button. Noob!![]()
Tell me what you would have done in my situation, tell me.But that's not why he got fired. The slur was more a matter of adding insult to injury.
See av, betty!!
It does not really matter. But that's not why he got fired. The slur was more a matter of adding insult to injury.
Tell me what you would have done in my situation, tell me.

Using the slur makes it seem like that factored into her decision, or at least it would to a competent lawyer.
Probably what I'm going to do, I'm not the suing type of person. My comment was more about trying to sue based on misrepresenting why you were fired. Your OP makes it clear that you were canned for going off on a co-worker (but more importantly the boss's son). Saying you were fired for being gay would not be the truth.
As for the situation in general, I might have done the same thing. It's not the smart thing to do, but neither was me going off on the owner at my previous job.I'd skip the legal battle and collect some unemployment while I searched for a new job. Best of luck dude.
