Got fired from work today

I'm not sure what this thread is about anymore....gay porn, boxing, likes/posts, wtfe.

Not proud to admit this, and Im not advocating violence, BUT.....my younger, stupid impulsive, angry self would've slapped the fillings out of that bitches mouth and her son. Stupid, I know. But I had no sense when I was younger.

Sit down until you are a member of the more likes than posts crew, bun!!
That would take more time than I care to spend posting.

Like he said, you registered last year. I had 8 years of posting without the like button. Noob! ;)

You could sue for being fired on the basis of your sexuality, especially given her use of a homophobic slur. It could ruin her and her son financially. Any lawyer in their right mind would take your case, probably even without a retainer. I say go for it.

But that's not why he got fired. The slur was more a matter of adding insult to injury.

Hang in there TS! I know it sucks now, but I believe that this happened so that you'll be in a better place both career-wise and relationship-wise. I'm praying for you brother.

You don't get to give up.

Because you're a man.

That really sucks, man. Hopefully they burn themselves as a result of their dickery.

Best you got out of there, it sounds like a shitty work environment.

And creampie the son so you can yell to her "I creampied your son damn it!" in Vince's voice.

It does not really matter.

Using the slur makes it seem like that factored into her decision, or at least it would to a competent lawyer.

Tell me what you would have done in my situation, tell me.

My comment was more about trying to sue based on misrepresenting why you were fired. Your OP makes it clear that you were canned for going off on a co-worker (but more importantly the boss's son). Saying you were fired for being gay would not be the truth.

As for the situation in general, I might have done the same thing. It's not the smart thing to do, but neither was me going off on the owner at my previous job. I'd skip the legal battle and collect some unemployment while I searched for a new job. Best of luck dude.

Probably what I'm going to do, I'm not the suing type of person.
